Solo welcomes people from all stages of life and fitness.

Whether brand new to the gym, returning after a long break, managing an injury, setting performance goals, or simply looking for something more personal than a standard gym. We're a family-run team of specialists, built to support you individually from day one.

What’s included

Small group personal training

Unlimited classes

Ongoing support and check-ins

Community + coffee

Strength-focused sessions take place in groups of no more than six people per coach. You'll always have a coach watching your technique, adapting your programme, and supporting you through every set.

Although you're training alongside others, your programme is built around you – the person next to you may be doing something completely different.

Sessions run every hour from 7am to 12pm and 4pm to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 7am to 12pm and 4pm to 6pm on Fridays, and 8am to 12pm on Saturdays.

Designed to complement your strength training. Choose from Flow (steady-state cardio at a conversational pace), Move (running and conditioning at a higher intensity), or Weekender (a fun team-based session to round off your week). All classes are coached and adapted to your pace. Around 30 minutes each, available throughout the week.

Your support doesn't stop when you leave the gym. We know everyone by name, and our coaching team checks in regularly, in and outside of sessions. Book an in-person check-in at any time to work through whatever you need next – training, recovery, sleep, stress, nutrition.

You'll also have access to the solo app to book and manage your sessions, track your workouts, and stay connected to what's on. Events, socials and workshops with our community run throughout the year. And there's always a coffee waiting – included in your membership – to have before or after your session or grab on the way out!

Every membership starts with a welcome chat with Gemma and a one-to-one welcome session with head coach Fin. Whether you've never set foot in a gym, are returning after years away, or are managing an injury or health condition, we want to understand your history and how you like to be coached.

It's how we make sure everyone has a personalised and positive experience from day one.

Your welcome

Personalise your membership

Both memberships include exactly the same level of care, support and access – ongoing one-to-one support from our specialist team covering training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, injury and women's health. The only difference is how often you train, and you can always adjust over time.

A simple rolling monthly contract, with no sign-up fees and no hidden extras.

The first step is simply coming to say hello

Gemma will show you around the gym and answer any questions over a coffee. No obligation – just a chance to see the space and get a feel for whether solo is right for you.
