Both memberships include exactly the same level of care, support and access – ongoing one-to-one support from our specialist team covering training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, injury and women's health. The only difference is how often you train, and you can always adjust over time.

What’s included

  • Before you start, Gemma will have a relaxed conversation with you – over a coffee in person or on the phone, whatever suits you. You'll talk through your past training, lifestyle, any concerns about starting somewhere new, and how you like to be coached. It's also a chance for us to make sure we're the right fit for you. No pressure – just a proper conversation so you feel comfortable and informed.

  • Shaped around your welcome chat, this is a one-to-one session with head coach Fin. He'll assess how you move, understand any injuries or health conditions, and design your programme around you. It gives us a clear starting point before you join your first group session.

  • Sessions take place in groups of no more than six people per coach, led from start to finish. You'll always have a coach watching your technique, adapting your programme, and supporting you through every set.

    Although you're training alongside others, your programme is built around you – the person next to you may be doing something completely different.

    Sessions run every hour from 7am to 12pm and 4pm to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 7am to 12pm and 4pm to 6pm on Fridays, and 8am to 12pm on Saturdays. Each session lasts around 50 minutes.

  • Designed to complement your strength training. Choose from Flow (steady-state cardio at a conversational pace), Move (running and conditioning at a higher intensity), or Weekender (a fun team-based session to round off your week). All classes are coached and adapted to your pace. Around 30 minutes each, available throughout the week.

  • Your support doesn't stop when you leave the gym. We know everyone by name, and our coaching team checks in regularly, in and outside of sessions. Book an in-person check-in at any time to work through whatever you need next – training, recovery, sleep, stress, nutrition.

  • Regular events, socials and workshops throughout the year to bring the community together. See what our members have been up to on our Instagram.

  • Coffees are included in all of our memberships to enjoy before or after your sessions & classes, even if you’re in a rush and want to grab a takeaway!

  • All of our members get access to our app to book and manage their sessions, classes & events. We have a very flexible booking system with booking up to 1hr before the start time, and you can cancel up to a minute before if anything comes up.

    We also use the app to record each member’s workout results, so we know exactly what you were doing last time you were in.
