Code of Conduct
We ask all of our members and guests to follow the below code of conduct to ensure everyone has a safe, comfortable, and positive experience at the training club. Solo is committed to being an inclusive and welcoming space for all members and guests, regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, or ability. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusionary behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. This Code of Conduct helps maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for everyone.
All members must have an initial 1:1 Welcome Session.
All bags, coats, and spare shoes must be left in the Welcome Room.
Safe, appropriate, and clean sportswear, including footwear, must be worn at all times.
Strictly no glassware allowed in the gym.
No food is to be consumed in the gym.
No pets are permitted inside the facility.
The use of alcohol or illegal drugs is strictly forbidden.
No smoking or use of E-cigarettes is permitted in or on the site.
Solo operates a zero-tolerance policy for foul or abusive language towards the team, other members, or guests.
Please respect the equipment, wipe after use, and return it to its place.
Gym equipment is to be used for its intended purpose only.
Please report any equipment faults to the staff on duty.
Please rinse out the shower after use and leave the space clean and tidy for the next person.
Please deposit litter in the bins provided to help keep the facilities clean and safe.
Please respect other members’ personal space and privacy at all times.
Failure to abide by this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership, at management’s discretion, without refund.
