  • Our memberships give access to everything Solo has to offer, for an all-inclusive health and fitness experience. Memberships run on a monthly basis from your start date.

  • We are a members-only gym.

    Members can bring a guest once a month to any of our strength training sessions, fitness classes, yoga classes, workshops, events and run clubs.

  • You’ll find us in West Sussex, just outside Brighton. Our address is Perching Holt, Edburton Road, Fulking, Henfield, BN5 9LS.

  • Yes, we have plenty of free on-site parking available for members and guests.

  • Yes, we have changing and shower facilities available for members and guests to use.

  • Yes, everybody is welcome even if you have never been to the gym before. We know it’s an easy thing to say, but we promise we’ll look after you!

    Every exercise will be adapted to you and we would much rather take things slow so you feel safe and comfortable, than rush into too much too soon.

  • Depends if you class 90 as young!

    We’ve created a space where everyone is welcome, and have a lovely community of members of all ages, ranging from from 21 to 90 years old.

  • Yes, we are always able to adapt your training around injuries.

  • Monday-Thursday: 7am-12pm, 4pm-8pm

    Friday: 7am-12pm, 4pm-6pm

    Saturday: 8am-12pm

    Sunday: Open for run club only

  • All of our booking is done via the Solo The Training Club app, which is free to download from the app store on iOS and android.

  • You can book your sessions and classes as far in advance as 30 days if you like to plan ahead, all the way up to 1hr before the start time if you need a last minute booking.

  • Some days and times are busier than others, but you’ll always be able to book the sessions and classes you want. We still have room to grow and add more availability as we get busier, but we’ll also cap our memberships when needed to ensure everyone can train at the times they like.

    Our weekly yoga classes run on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • You can cancel and reschedule your sessions and classes at any time and it won’t affect your credits.

  • You can send us the dates you’re going to be away and we’ll pause your membership for you. Your next billing date will get pushed back by however long you’re going to be away for.

  • You can cancel your membership at any time, no questions asked. You’ll just need to let us know with enough notice before your next payment is due so we can process the cancellation.
